A: The service interval is 18 months, which must be followed strictly or you risk a non functioning device. Service shall be performed by authorized service personnel trained by Aerocrine. Practical details are specified in the service agreement accompanying the purchase agreement. The product is warranted for a period of 12 months for manufacturing defects. As a customer you would need to change the NO scrubber every 6 months and the calibration gas tank every 9 months.
