Niox Flex a Nitric Oxide Monitoring System

NIOX Flex is the successor of NIOX, the first tailor-made Nitric Oxide Monitoring System for routine clinical use in asthma patients. NIOX Flex measures NO in exhaled air according to ATS/ERS equipment recommendations for measurement of exhaled NO.

NIOX Flex measures exhaled nitric oxide to evaluate responsiveness of anti-inflammatory therapy in asthma patients. Put simply, NIOX Flex lets you see more than your asthma patients can tell you.

NIOX Flex uses the high sensitivity and specificity of a chemiluminescence gas analyzer, together with integrated software, to accurately measure NO molecules at very low concentrations.

Despite the advanced technology employed, the device is very easy to use and is suitable not only for adults, but also for children age 4 and up.
