A: The service interval is 18 months, which must be followed strictly or you risk a non functioning device. Service shall be performed by authorized service personnel trained by Aerocrine. Practical details are specified in the service agreement accompanying the rental/purchase agreement. The product is warranted for a period of 12 months for manufacturing defects. As a customer you would need to change the NO scrubber every 6 months as well as the calibration gas tube at least every 12 months.
The gas can be ordered from Aerocrine. Aerocrine will service systems up to 5 years after purchase.
